30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to first-time subscription purchases.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used to purchase, or
2. Reach out via our contact page and we'll help you submit the request.

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. After cancellation, you will retain access through the end of the current paid period; we do not auto-charge a renewal after cancellation.

Renewals

Renewals (after the initial period) are generally non-refundable, but we will review individual circumstances in good faith — please contact us.
